Q: Does Winter White Bridal Sale Dresses?

A: No we do not sell dresses. We are a listing site that connects buyers and sellers together for purchasing a Preowned Wedding Dress.

Q: How can I list my Wedding Dress?

A: On the how it works page you will choose Standard or Featured and this will redirect you to the 3rd party site paypal for payment.

Q: What is the difference in Standard & Featured Dresses?

A: The Standard Dresses are listed in highlighted gray for our users. They have less image uploads, and slightly smaller images with email support. The Featured Dresses provide more images, pink highlights, larger images and access to Winter White Bridal by phone directly for support. Please see all differences in the how it works section under the packages.

Q: How can I contact you?

A: There are several ways to reach us for questions, concerns or support. You can use the contact us option, Quick connect form on the front home page or if you are a featured member you can call us directly by phone. The phone number is available in your account dashboard.

Q: Is my information secure?

A: We do our best to make sure the site is secure and use the SSL Certificate to ensure your information is private. When redirecting to 3rd party sites such as paypal they will have their own privacy policies in place to protect your information.

Q: What method of payment do you accept?

A: All listing fees will go through paypal. You will need to sign up or login to your account. We take all major forms of Credit Cards and if you need assistance setting up an account. When will my listing be active?

A: Due to copywriting all images need to be approved after listing. It can take up to 24 hours for your listing to be active. Most listings will be available within 1-2  hours. However you can view edit and update in the dashboard of your account at any time.

Q: Is there a commission fee?

A: No we dont charge any commissions this is a one time fee to help you enjoy and recoup as much savings to enjoy on something great for yourself!

Q: How do I get payment for my dress?

A: For Security reasons we do recommend using a 3rd party site such as Paypal or Escrow.com. You can choose to receive payment any way you would like. Winter White Bridal is only a listing site and does only provide the communication efforts between the seller and buyer. Please use your own discretion when accepting payments.

Q: How long does it take to sell my dress?

A: We cannot say an actual time frame it can take to sell your dress. When listing please try to use clear and visiable photos, make sure your dress has accurate information and that it has been well taken care of and preserved. Although we have a one time Listing Fees if you find your dress hasnt sold consider relisting to make it up to date or even reducing your price for a quick sale. A usual time frame it can take to sell a dress could be from 1 day to 3 months. Winter White Bridal uses all forms of social media and marketing efforts to help you get as much exposure on your dress.

Q: Can I list more than 1 dress?

A: Absolutely you can list as an individual up to 10 dresses. Anything over this we can assume you may be a business. Please contact us for a special rate.

Q: Can I sell my dress if I am not in the United States?

A: Yes you can. Please check to make sure if you are shipping out of state thay you make your buyer aware of the shipping charges whether you are responsible, they are responsible or the payment is split and costs involved.

Q: Once my dress has been listed can I update it at any time?

A: Absolutely, all users have unlimited updates. Please be advised any new image uploads will need to go to approval and may not be responsible up until 24 hours. Most dresses can take 1-2 hours to post. 

Q: Can I sell my wedding accessories on your site?

A: At this time we only accept listings for Wedding Dresses. This may become available in the future. All users will be notified at that time.

Q Do you have any tips on how I can get my dress ready for selling?

A: We have a great article in the blog section of winterwhitebridal.com which gives great information on how to clean and preserve your dress before selling. however.always make sure it is cleaned and stored well before selling.

Q: How much I should sell my dress for if I am unsure?

A: Some designer gowns you can sale and recoup up to 75% for the first 2 1/2 years in great condition and up to 50% thereafter of your retailed value. But dont be discouraged if your dress isnt a designer brand. Brides are looking for a beautiful gown and yours may be the perfect fit. Most dresses that have a retail value of $1000 or less could have a better chance at selling then those $5000 and up. So list at your own discretion.

Q: What is the Request a Dress option?

A: The request a dress option is for Visitors who are looking for a specific dress. They will fill out the form with there specific requests and if you are a featured member your dress will be amongst the first to be shown via email to those buyers. To help narrow the search, we also will post your dress in the social media chains for a larger audience.
