2. Report the Seller
If you were unable to resolve the problem with the seller, you can submit a query by clicking report seller in the dress details page. Here, you can formally discuss this issue with us.
3. Escalate your Issue to Winter White Bridal
If you are not satisfied with the seller’s solutions, you can Escalate this issue to us. We will mediate between you and the seller to resolve the problem only. We can only assist with the mediation process and do not provide refunds.
4. The Outcome
Your information will be kept on file and the Sellers account will be documented up to and may include elimination from the site if the issue cannot be resolved.
